    3. The special rate applies only to store packages and payments made by check or cash in advance, not to online credit or debit cards.
    4. *For the AWS preparation course, fees do not include a codebook. Students need to purchase a Codebook.

Seminar/Course/subject Refunds and Cancellation Policy ( Not Applicable for any VA/TWC approved Training program. For VA/TWC approved programs, ask the school's approved catalog):

1. If NDTCS cancels the seminar/course/subject, all course fees will be refunded.
2. The full course fee will be refunded if the participant cancels at least 15 working days before the start date.
3. If a participant cancels between 6 and 14 working days before the course start date, only 50% of the course fees will be refunded.
4. Refunds will be issued only for cancellations made within five working days of the course start date.
5. There is no refund if you quit the course after starting the training. 
6. There will be a $50 service charge on fee refunds when payment is made by Credit card.

Training is also available at the client's location. In-house training can be scheduled as required. Please call (832) 237-2800 for In-house training rates.
Training can also be scheduled on an "as-needed basis."
