NDT Procedures

We provide written documents for the examination of various product form like plate and pipe of the weldment, casting, forging with different test methods. These written documents will be a standard operating procedure for a specific application. These standard operating procedure may be written to meet the specific requirement of customer or code/standards like ASME, ASTM, AWS, API, MIL-Std, EN and ISO etc.

We provide retainer services to various industries and they get the same kind of services without having a person on board on a very nominal yearly expense. Time to time we advise and audit the quality system of our customers to meet the various industries need and ensuring their quality management system in compliance. Written Practice

We provide written practice for qualification, training, and certification of personnel in accordance with the ASNT SNT-TC-1A, CP-189 or as per customer specific requirement. Following are the recommendation for written practice as per SNT-TC-1A 2011 section 5

The employer shall establish a written practice for the control and administration of non-destructive testing personnel for qualification, training, examination, and certification

The employer 's written practice should describe the responsibility of each certification for determining the acceptability of materials or components in accordance with the applicable codes, standards, specification, and procedure.

The employer's written practice shall describe the training, experience and examination requirements for each certification.

The employer's written practice shall be reviewed and approved by the employer's certified level 3 professional

The employer's written practice shall be maintained on file. Our NDT Training School is located in Houston where we provide NDT classes on regular basis.
